Evaluation the Usability of Hamava System Using Heuristic Evaluation

Introduction: As university systems are dealing with a wide range of users, including students, managers, and employees, these can likely satisfy the needs activities various users maximum quality in shortest possible time. Consequently, it is very essential to observe usability features design such systems. The current study aimed evaluate Hamava system recognize resolve its problems weaknesses.Material Methods: present cross-sectional descriptive that was done second half 2022 on students Birjand University Medical Sciences. Nielsen's Heuristics (ten principles) were used check compliance this principles. Descriptive statistics analyze overall severity identified factors collected using checklist.Results: In evaluation, 176 recognized, highest number related violation two principles aesthetic minimalist (n=58), user control freedom (n=31), least problem recognition rather than recall principle (n=4).Conclusion: results revealed though large expected will be designed based latest standards also faces if not resolved, cause an increase errors, dissatisfaction decrease information, waste users' time, lack effective interaction educational system.
